TREK-E KOMPOSIT has been constructing and manufacturing hip joint endoprostheses since 2002. We use both our own capacities as well as cooperation with enterprises of aerospace industry and nuclear industry.
During this time our company has developed designs and introduced more than 10 types of endoprostheses into production. All designs have successfully passed the full cycle of technical and medical tests.
The products are manufactured on high-precision equipment, by qualified specialists, observing all the latest technologies and certified for compliance with the quality management system according to ISO 13485-2011.
Only the best materials with many years of proven successful clinical practice are used in production.
In order to improve our products, we are constantly working with leading medical and educational institutions in the field of medicine, such as the Central Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics named after Priorov, Ryazan State Medical University, Belgorod State University, Tyumen Medical University and others.

Bondar Alexander Ivanovich (born 8th May 1956) is one of the founders and managers of "ZAO TREK-E KOMPOSIT" LLC Graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 1979.
The creation of the company embodied his idea of the social significance of the business structure. The production of its products in Russia reflects the patriotism of its founders. The main goal of the company is to sustain excellent results and ensure the conditions for new success. He visits both Russian and international professional exhibitions.
Alexander Ivanovich's main life principles are family values, stability and well-being. He has an active lifestyle: plays tennis, cycling and hiking.
The femoral component (stem) is made of stainless steel. It has a wedge shape with pronounced depressions along the entire length for fixation in the cement mantle. Cervical-diaphyseal angle neck-shaft angle 135º. Cone for planting head 12/14 ("Eurocone"). It is made in 10 sizes.
The head of the endoprosthesis is made of cobalt-chromium molybdenum alloy, or stainless steel. The unique diamond smoothing technology provides a deviation from sphericity equal to a radial displacement of less than 8 microns and a high surface purity.
The acetabular component (Cup) is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. Radiopaque rings allow to control the position of the component on the radiograph.
The femoral component (stem) is made of titanium alloy. The rough surface structure is achieved by high-energy treatment with silicon dioxide, which in combination with a special geometry provides high primary stability in the patient's bone. Cone for planting head 12/14 ("Eurocone").
The acetabular component (Cup) is made of titanium alloy, the outer surface is coated with a three-layer coating of variable porosity of titanium VT1-0. This coating promotes early osteointegration.
The head of the endoprosthesis is made of cobalt-chromium molybdenum alloy, or stainless steel. The unique diamond smoothing technology provides a deviation from sphericity equal to a radial displacement of less than 8 microns and high purity surfaces.
The acetabular component insert is made of UHWMPE. It has effective thickness of material in wear zone not less than 6 mm, which provides long service life of friction pair. It is available in versions with anti-exuberance cap for different diameters of endoprosthesis head.
